Christian Schlegel

The Firm Rudikh & Associates, LLC, is pleased to announce that Christian E. Schlegel has joined as an Associate.
Christian graduated with a B.A. from the English Honors Program at George Mason University. He then attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as a Third Year Editor on the Tennessee Law Review. After graduation, he represented plaintiffs in Asbestos/Toxic Tort and Personal Injury matters in Tennessee, and then went back to Virginia, where he represented plaintiffs in Personal Injury matters in the District of Columbia and in Virginia.
After moving to New Jersey in 2010, Christian worked at a small civil litigation firm, where he represented a number of Ocean County municipal defendants in Law Against Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Wrongful Termination matters. He also served as Municipal Prosecutor for 31 different municipalities.
Christian worked as an Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor in its Pre-Trial Unit when the New Jersey Bail Reform Act came into effect in 2018. Immediately prior to coming to the Firm, he represented clients in matters involving Auto Insurance, Insurance Coverage, Workers Compensation, and General Liability.
Christian is admitted to practice law in State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, the District of Columbia, and the State and Federal Courts of Virginia.
