Jahmir Sterling

Jahmir Sterling practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Auto and Premises Negligence, and Products Liability. Prior to joining the firm of Rudikh & Associates, Mr. Sterling, was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward C. Coleman, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County, Civil Part.

Mr. Sterling graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, where he double majored in Political Science and Africana Studies, and was recognized for his outstanding academic achievements.

 Mr. Sterling is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

While attending Seton Hall Law, Mr. Sterling emerged as an active student leader and served as President of the Black Law Students Association. During his tenure as President, Mr. Sterling helped establish the first ever student-run Expungement Clinic in Essex County in collaboration with Seton Hall Law’s Center for Social Justice, local law firms, and community organizations. Through the program, more than 50 individuals received assistance with the expungement process, helping them address barriers associated with criminal records.

During his time as President, the Black Law Students Association was recognized as Chapter of the Year for the Northeast Region. Mr. Sterling was also nominated and selected as Seton Hall Law’s Humanitarian of the Year in recognition of his contributions to his law school and surrounding community.

Mr. Sterling approaches the practice of law with a commitment to client advocacy and ensuring that those who have been injured receive a meaningful opportunity to pursue justice and fair compensation.
